I brought a tent to go away with this weekend.
The tent arrived with a couple of pegs missing, and the pegs were flimsy too. I wanted to test the tent overnight and used a couple of tent pegs from another tent. I watched several setup guides I found on youtube to ensure I set up the tent correctly. The following morning, it was slightly windy and the tent broke away, ripping the outer cover and bending some poles. We contacted Charlies who said that the tent's warranty isn't covered for wind. They also said that the Met office had warned of high winds. When the tent broke away, the winds weren't high, as this was before the storm arrived. They also said that even if they had delivered all the pegs, they still would still not have refunded/replaced the tent or even replaced the broken poles. Ironically, the pegs which they hadn't supplied remained in the ground so were better! A tent that can't withstand slight wind is not fit for purpose - if I could give 0 stars, I would. Ruined the weekend, as well as being a couple of hundred pounds out of pocket. Feel very disappointed that they used the weather conditions later on in the day to avoid delivering good customer service.
Works really well- some very persistent squirrels overcome it but this has helped hugely!

Bought a Milwaukee impact wrench last week.
Waited all day for a Tool i spent over 200 on.
DpD driver lied and went away without even ringing the bell and further used an excuse that i had given wrong postcode while he managed to take picture of my door.

Ordered on 7th dispatched on 8th .Phoned today 14th as not arrived. Took ages to contact as tried to leave message on voicemail but was told box is full so no new messages can be left. Eventually spoke to lovely lady who checked my order and didn't think it had even been dispatched. Very disappointed as charlie's in aberystwyth is brilliant. A welsh company to a welsh address! Not even that far to be delivered. Will use Amazon next time
